Shay started Great Barriers in Cairns alongside his father, screening houses. It has grown into a business that handles security, access, privacy, shade and automation — but the way it runs hasn't changed. You deal with the people doing the work.
We know what Far North Queensland does to a building. Salt on the beaches, dust out west, humidity everywhere and a wet season that finds every gap. Products get chosen for the property in front of us, installed to Australian Standards by our own team, and backed by manufacturer warranties and our workmanship.
